Strata-Tac can provide pressure sensitive adhesive label material as well as unsupported film and paper facestock for almost any print platform using our 61” reverse and offset gravure coating lines to apply water-based topcoats.
Our top coat offering includes gloss, matte, and satin finishes for Offset, Flexographic (Flexo), Inkjet, UV Inkjet, Laser, LED Laser, Desk Top Laser, both Thermal Transfer and Direct Thermal as well as top coats for specialty printers like HP Indigo, Xeikon, IGEN (,) and MemJet.
Our top coated products have been successfully run on some of the most highly regarded printing platforms in the industry, including; Ricoh , Xerox Cannon, Nexpress, Xeikon, Okidata, HP, Lexmark, IGEN, Indigo, MemJet, Mark Andy, Durst, Domino, Zebra, Sato.
Our coaters allow us to topcoat materials from 17.5″ to 61″ wide. We topcoat and adhesive coat in the same plant, bringing a greater level of service and economy to our customers.
